Ownership & Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the content, branding, original designs, graphics, written materials, collection concepts, original templates, photographs owned by us, website content, software elements, and other original materials appearing on The White Ribbon website or within The White Ribbon Services are owned by or licensed to Hite Elite Inc. d/b/a The White Ribbon and are protected to the extent provided by applicable intellectual-property laws.

The White Ribbon name, logos, WR branding, slogans, packaging designs, collection presentation, proprietary materials, and other brand identifiers may constitute trademarks, trade dress, copyrights, or other intellectual property of Hite Elite Inc. to the extent protectable under applicable law.

No purchase or use of our Services transfers ownership of The White Ribbon's intellectual property.

Nothing on this website grants any license or right to reproduce, copy, distribute, sell, sublicense, modify, imitate, commercially exploit, or create derivative commercial materials from protected White Ribbon intellectual property except as expressly authorized by us in writing or otherwise permitted by law.

Customer-Provided Intellectual Property

Customers may provide logos, headshots, photographs, signatures, brokerage branding, business information, marketing content, and other materials for personalization.

Customers retain their applicable ownership rights in materials they provide.

By submitting such materials, customers represent that they have the necessary rights, permissions, licenses, and authority to use them and authorize The White Ribbon to process, reproduce, resize, format, print, package, and otherwise use them as reasonably necessary to provide the requested Services.

Relationship-Marketing Platform

The White Ribbon provides relationship-marketing, client-appreciation, personalization, technology, printing, packaging, and fulfillment services.

The White Ribbon is not a real estate brokerage and does not act as a real estate broker, REALTOR® association, Multiple Listing Service (“MLS”), Broker-in-Charge, supervising broker, attorney, financial adviser, tax adviser, or regulatory authority.

The White Ribbon does not provide legal, real estate, brokerage, financial, tax, MLS, or regulatory-compliance advice.

Real Estate Professional Responsibility

Real estate professionals using The White Ribbon remain responsible for complying with all laws, licensing requirements, brokerage policies, advertising rules, MLS requirements, professional standards, disclosure obligations, and other requirements applicable to their business.

Where applicable, this includes rules and standards established by state real estate commissions, brokerages, MLS organizations, and the National Association of REALTORS®.

Customers are responsible for obtaining any required approval from their brokerage, Broker-in-Charge, supervising broker, franchisor, MLS, REALTOR® association, employer, or other governing organization before distributing materials created through The White Ribbon.

The White Ribbon does not guarantee that a customer's customized materials satisfy every advertising, licensing, brokerage, MLS, disclosure, record-retention, or professional requirement applicable to that customer.

Customer Approval of Marketing Content

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving customized materials before production or distribution.

This includes verifying:

Names and professional titles;
Brokerage and company information;
Contact information;
Property information;
Market statistics;
Dates;
Logos and photographs;
Advertising claims;
Disclosures; and
Other customized information.

Customers should not submit information they do not have the right or authority to use.

Federal advertising standards generally require advertising claims to be truthful, non-deceptive, and appropriately supported.

No Creation of Agency

Sending, receiving, purchasing, or interacting with a White Ribbon Collection does not by itself establish a:

Buyer-agency relationship;
Seller-agency relationship;
Listing agreement;
Buyer representation agreement;
Brokerage relationship;
Fiduciary relationship; or
Other professional representation relationship.

Any such relationship must be separately established between the applicable professional and recipient in accordance with applicable law and professional requirements.

No Guarantee of Business Results

The White Ribbon is designed to support relationship marketing and client appreciation.

We do not guarantee that use of our products or Services will produce:

Leads;
Listings;
Referrals;
Sales;
Closings;
Client conversions;
Revenue;
Client retention; or
Any particular marketing or business result.

Individual results vary.

Market & Educational Information

Market reports, buyer guides, seller guides, checklists, educational materials, AI-assisted content, and similar resources are provided for general informational and marketing purposes.

Market conditions, laws, regulations, forms, professional standards, and industry practices may change.

Customers remain responsible for verifying information before relying upon or distributing it professionally.

Artificial Intelligence

Certain White Ribbon Services may use artificial intelligence or automated technologies to assist with generating, organizing, personalizing, or formatting marketing materials.

AI-generated or AI-assisted information may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving AI-assisted professional content before use or distribution.

AI-generated materials do not constitute legal, brokerage, financial, tax, or regulatory advice.

Client & CRM Information

Customer-uploaded client databases and CRM information remain subject to the customer's applicable rights.

The White Ribbon does not acquire ownership of a customer's client database merely because information is uploaded, imported, stored, or processed through our Services.

The White Ribbon does not sell customer-uploaded client lists or CRM databases to third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

Processing of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Products & Services

The White Ribbon may work with independent manufacturers, printers, fulfillment providers, shipping carriers, technology companies, payment processors, CRM providers, and other third-party service providers.

Third-party names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

Reference to a third-party company does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, affiliation, or partnership unless expressly stated.
